Property owners as electricity licensees

Energy efficiency will become de rigueur rather than an option through the Power Conservation Programme (PCP) rules.
The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (Nersa) published a consultation in January 2009 but the South African Property Owner's Association (SAPOA) has identified several areas of concern, particularilyin adequate consideration of multi-tenanted buildings.
