Adidas leases new warehouse in Airport City

Sportswear manufacturer Adidas recently leased an additional 2,200m2 warehouse in Airport City. ‘The building runs along the N2 – offering fantastic branding opportunities at a fraction of the cost normally associated with roadside billboards,’ says Broll Property Group director William Wakefield.
The area has become popular because of good arterial routes – the N1, N2, N7 and R300 – and its proximity to the Cape Town CBD and Somerset West, a drive of less than 20 minutes in each case. The Key Point security status of the International Airport and proactive Industrialists’ Association have done much to ensure the area is kept clean and crime free.
