Broll Property Management have secured the following management contracts over the past 6 months:
- Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein
- Arbour Crossing, Durban
- Kathu Shopping Centre
- Mafekeng Shopping Centre
- Stanford Shopping Centre
- 17th Street Shopping Centre
- Bhunu Mall
- Various Retail Africa contracts
The total value of these deals is R3.8bn totally 315 000 sqm.
