In line with our positioning as a world class service provider, we have embarked on a policy of lifelong learning, cultivating close, productive links with our clients and the community in order to play an active role in the economic regeneration and transformation of South Africa.

The vast majority of candidates who have attended the Academy come from previously disadvantage backgrounds – the training has enabled them to adapt into a more proactive role and fit comfortably into our flat structure, where knowledge workers typically perform best.
