Central And Richmond Hill

Central is an older area in Port Elizabeth and lies between the CBD and upmarket residential areas such as Mill Park. The Coega Development Corporation (CDC) is a state owned company which operates 11,500ha of industrial land of the Coega Industrial Development Zone (IDZ). Coega IDZ is adjacent to the modern deep-water port of Ngqura, a transhipment hub facility. The IDZ is divided into various clusters including: commercial and logistics, automotive and auto components, light industry, training/academic, metals and metallurgy, chemicals, energy, agro-processing as well as mari-culture and coastal. Deal Party

Deal Party is the main industrial node in Port Elizabeth. Located between Port Elizabeth and Coega Ports, the node attracts Automotive, Logistics and Manufacturing occupiers.  Warehouse vacancies in this area are generally low due to the lower rental rates with properties ranging from mid to A-grade warehousing facilities. 


Fairview is a new business node in Port Elizabeth and has become very popular with the retail automotive industry with many moving their car dealerships there. The William Moffet in Fairview is the main vein that connects the Walmer area with Cape Road.  

Green Bushes And Hunters Retreat

Green Bushes and Hunters Retreat is a fast growing industrial node located on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth. Many small tenants relocate to the node as it is easily accessible, close to residential areas, the N2 and is also secure. Warehouses in Green Bushes area currently range from 400m2 -15,000m2. Humerail And Summerstrand

The Korsten/Sidwell and North End nodes are located in central Port Elizabeth and are made up of various commercial businesses which range from large automotive companies to smaller industrial users. This node is popular due to its close proximity to amenities such as hospitals, transport routes and shopping centres. 


Markman is an older industrial area in Port Elizabeth zoned for heavy industrial use. Over the past few years, this area has gained popularity due to its location close to the Coega Industrial Development Zone and the Port. A number of properties in this node have been refurbished thus attracting users. 


Newton Park

Following a number of redevelopments, Newton Park in Port Elizabeth has become a thriving small business node with many smaller commercial occupiers moving into this area. Occupiers vary from smaller warehouse facilities, restaurants and small businesses.
