Broll Nigeria has been recognised for outstanding performance in commercial office leasing at the inaugural 2024/2025 Estate Intel Nigeria Deal Makers Awards - an accolade that underscores the team’s leadership, market activity, and consistent delivery in one of West Africa’s busiest real estate markets.

The Estate Intel Deal Makers Awards were established to address a notable gap in Nigeria’s commercial property market: the lack of transparent, data-backed recognition for the brokers and firms driving real transactional activity. Rather than relying on market perception alone, the awards are grounded in verified data, tracking confirmed leasing and sales performance across the country’s office sector.

The inaugural focus was on commercial office transactions, with participants invited to submit their verified leasing and sales volumes. Analysts then reviewed more than 21,000 square metres of activity to determine the most active dealmakers in the market.

The awards ceremony took place at a private event in Banana Island, Lagos, bringing together industry leaders, brokerage professionals, and market stakeholders to celebrate high performance and deal-making excellence.
