Our Project & Development Services (PDS) is a pan-African integrated design and development management platform. Where required, it operates in partnership with id.work, Broll’s interior design and fitout subsidiary – to deliver end-to-end project solutions. Together, PDS and id.work form a coherent, end-to-end design-and-build platform – taking clients from concept and feasibility, through development management and construction, all the way to a fully realised, occupied, performing space. We are deliberately selective: a curated team of senior practitioners who think like developers and deliver with accountability.
